    As an executive coach Roger focuses on unlocking the potential of his client's so they in turn maximise their performance. 

    He challenges thinking, acts as an independent sounding board, helps spark more creative solutions for dealing with situations and builds confidence.

    Each coaching programme Roger undertakes is tailored to a client's specific needs - these could be when they are facing challenges in the area of work/life balance, career focus, leadership communications skills, organisational politics, career transition, influencing & personal impact or being a success in a new role (on-boarding **).

    Coaching programmes are goal orientated and client firms should expect a good return on their investment. Roger coaches clients in the UK, France, Germany, New Zealand and Spain, both face-to-face and via video conference.


    Roger is a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and subscribes to the EMCC code of ethics (see www.emccouncil.org). The EMCC exists to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.
