    From 1996 to 2000, Steve was the Program Director, Knowledge Management at the World Bank where he spearheaded the organizational knowledge sharing program.

    In 2003, Steve was ranked as one of the world's Top Two Hundred Business Gurus .

    Steve's latest book, The Secret Language of Leadership: How Leaders Inspire Action Through Narrative explains why traditional approaches to leadership communication don't work and reveals the hidden patterns that effective leaders use to spark change. It was ranked number two "Best Business Books of 2007" by the Financial Times and was 800_CEO_READ winner of "Best Book on Leadership, 2007"

His previous book include: The Leader's Guide to Storytelling and Squirrel Inc- a Fable of Leadership and Storytelling.
