In the full interview, availalbe to clients, we discuss:

  • Practically day to day are there any types of stories that are better to use than others?
  • If I'm in that situation where I've done the analysis and maybe I've got to make some people redundant, maybe I've got to change the strategy, how then do I concoct a story around it?
  • Is there a formula for telling stories?
  • As a leader is there a particular style of storytelling, how you deliver a story, or is it just how they say it in normal conversation?
  • I don't think you're in the business of storytelling, you're in the business of changing minds, would that be correct?
